women.
The classes are flexible to cater for different needs.

In ju-jitsu, punching and kicking can lead to grappling which can become ground
fighting. There are many layers to this art.
Just by doing the drills as an exercise you are performing a great aerobic
workout. No-one is expected to spar unless they want to.
